Laura Schotte is a Hatha Yoga teacher.
She is yoga as a way to connect to yourself, to your body and to everything around you. It's a way to attain a more peaceful and meditative state that can serve as an anchor in daily life.
The body is an integral part of the self that is often not taken into account. In my classes she aims to restore the connection to the body through movement (asanas) and breathing (pranayama).
Her yoga journey started in 2009, when she started attending weekly Hatha classes. Later on she discovered and dived deep into Vinyasa and Yin Yoga. She also practiced Iyengar, Ashtanga, Kundalini Yoga and Yoga Nidra.
In July 2022 she went to Rishikesh in India to take a 200H Hatha (and Ashtanga) Yoga Teacher Training.
She is excited to share what she has learned with you and to create a beautiful space together.
